Procedures: It's not that you don't trust Romero, but something just doesn't feel right. Go talk to Tonero. Tonero doesn't understand why Romero told you to obtain poison vials for the antidote either. The antidote needs antibodies, not more poison. He tells you that the tissues of Specters that are immune to the poison are much more important and asks you to obtain 50 Hard Back Horn items from Power Specter monsters. Tonero is so much more trustworthy than Romero! Now all that's left is gathering the ingredients for the REAL antidote! Ask Tonero what else is needed.
