An overall better scroll

Althought 10% allows better stats, there is a small chance it'll even work.

I'd like you all to lower the price on 2H Axe scrolls. No one uses but me so they should be worthless. The most they should sell for is 25k for 60% but people still want 80k for them. Morons.

Selling axescrolls for 80k is like trying to sell gumwrappers for 80 dollars. It is ridiculous, gross, and absurd.

If people believe something to have worth, they're going to impose that belief on other people.

I tried trading one of my sixty percent cape scrolls to a fool who found a cap DEX scroll from a Slime. I need that scroll because of my character build, but he was *convinced* it fetched over 700K. I can't confirm this, but with how common slimes are, it doesn't seem feasible, especially when there are not many who would use a DEX scroll when LUK is more readily available.
