So, I did some research on only a couple sites talking about google chrome. The results were good so I decided wth, I'll try it
. I fell in love instantly. Choosing a theme took me over an hour and it was hella fun . I love how fast the thing loads web pages and I love the tab favorites. I can't see anything bad about it (because I'm already bias :O) so I need some of you to tell me what the bad parts of google chrome are. Also, I didn't look up much about google chrome's security, could someone tell me how secure this browser is?

I also use Google Chrome, have ever since it came out.
I haven't had any problems with it since I've started using it. Heres a page with a list of known fixable issues...like some websites not loading and crashes. I really don't know that much about any insecurities but a quick Google search gave me a load of articles on insecurities. @_@ Heres an article that outlines the most recurrent one...I hope that helps! <3

i am another user of chrome. and I love it.
Sometimes facebook does not load properly, so I just move to firefox. Another problem i face is that it sometimes does not save passwords or usernames... but that is very small. As for security, i have no idea. |

I used to use Chrome. For me, the resources needed was not that different from Firefox, albeit it was still a lot lower. Loaded pages way faster, had a sleeker interface, and started up faster than Firefox. But, Chrome was unable to view some websites, and it was also unable to install many plugins. Plus, I hate the Most Recent Websites link. Can't take it down without going into Incognito Mode, and can't change the ordering of it.
I can't say about security. Even though I never ran into any problems using Chrome, the same can be said for Firefox. However, this was like a few months ago, before Version 3 came out. I have yet to try it. |

After a little more research, I came to the conclusion that google chrome is almost like the incomplete version of an extremely good browser. I found that it lacks a lot of plug-in's and add-ons. Also, it seems that chrome's security isn't so amazing and some websites don't display in chrome.
BUT~!!! Chrome is not a super popular browser yet, and that means that since sites usually gear their format to the current top web browser, some incompatibility is to be expected. But, as google fixes the bugs in Chrome, I predict that Chrome is going to take it's place among the top browsers and then websites may make more compatibility changes to accommodate for Chrome. Also, regarding the lack of security, the fact that Chrome isn't yet popular means that no one is really trying to exploit security risks because of the lack of effect it would have. Conclusion: Google Chrome is already an awesome browser, just a little incomplete. Once completed, Chrome looks like it has great potential . Let us hope that Google doesn't start charging us for it -_-

although I do agree with the plugins, they seem to be doing more for it right now, with all the new themes that basically came out not too long ago, they might do that with plugins sometime in the near future |

Google Chrome is secure enough, but it DOES have some bugs that aren't still being fixed. It's definitely light, but I found that Firefox 3.5 and Chrome don't differ in speed very much. That's why I'm sticking to FF; it's more customizable, more secure, and less buggy.
