I don't know how cool your Noel events is, but in VMS, it's awful... just get a few surf and NooNoo, x2 EXP and etc. Nexon care about KMS to much, isn't ? :confused::confused::confused:

You don't need an IP bypass, that's only for jMS. kMS is impossible to get into because you need a KSSN (Korean Social Security Number).
