  1. You'll need to win the trust of the people to pass the Mesoranger Action Exam! Talk to Dr. Pepper to learn how to leave a good impression on others. She's the expert, after all.

  2. Dr. Pepper says you'll need a Genuine Smile. Defeat monsters to get self-help books to learn all about it. You'll need to hunt monsters between 11 levels below you and 21 levels above you to find the self-help books. Tip: This quest is repeatable if you lose your Genuine Smile.

  3. You're received a Genuine Smile from Dr. Pepper!
