I spoke with Gary and Shatima, and it looks like their rings were broken and taken in to 20 Ring Fragments by some Tweeters. Looks like I'll have to clip some wings to find them all... I returned to the Rings to Gary and Shatima, and now they can get married! Phew, a lot of work, but well worth it!
