Gold Richie has decided to bribe some of the Black Wing members, so they won't suspect his support of the Resistance. He thinks that Anthony might enjoy receiving some stuffed monsters. Gold Richie asks that you catch Stumpy for stuffing and bring back Stumpy's Old Ribbon. You caught Stumpy and delivered Stumpy's Old Ribbon.
