Procedures: There's a strange whale on the beach. What's the big idea, whale? The whale claims to be THE Prince of Whales, but he doesn't have enough Mana to change into his true form. A bottle of Mana Elixir should fix him up. You can get a Mana Elixir from the nearby General Store. The prince transformed. He wasn't just any other whale, after all.
