  2. Surl, a member of the Resistance, is in danger! He left town for a business deal, and the Black Wings attacked him. Hurry and rescue Surl! You can find him in Hidden Street: Neglected Park, located behind Concrete Road: Edelstein Park 2's Observation Binoculars.

  3. Surl seems to be safe for now.
