Procedures:

  1. Arec gives you a secret letter to be delivered to Lady Syl while stating that he will recognize the Dual Blades. Does the letter affirm his approval? Why does he want you to go see Lady Syl after becoming Lv. 55?

  2. When you delivered the letter to Lady Syl, she said that the Dual Blades have been officially recognized. She also said that the Dual Blades will now be able to make a job advancement like other thieves when they reach Levels 70 and 120.
