A middle-aged gentleman who claims to have been the leader of a Family for 30 mind-boggling years... the rumors about this man, Captain Al, who can be found in Lith Harbor and Orbis Park, are running rampant. What exactly are a Family and a Leader anyway? They sound interesting... better ask Captain Al that question myself.
