Procedures: Cartalion seems flustered by Magnus's swift attacks. According to the patrol's report, Specters have passed the northern Protective Shield. Talk with Cartalion. You need to buy some time while the others strengthen the defenses. Do this by defeating all Guerrilla Specters.If you fail the quest, you can forfeit it and start again. You have defeated most of the enemies that broke through the north boundary. You bought some time, but still not enough. This is only the beginning.
