Kino Konoko and the residents of the Mushroom Shrine are worried by the appearance of all these new armies. Speak with her before the Oda clan has the opportunity. Kino Konoko is just a shamaness who works at the shrine and suggested you to meet Empress Cygnus at Ereve. You can get to Ereve by riding on the Pelican from Mushroom Shrine to Victoria Island, then boarding the ship to Ereve from Victoria Island.
