Procedures: It seems Cartalion knows something about a tribe of animal-eared folks living in Grandis. Talk to him again. (The quest has to be forfeited and restarted if you fail.) Cartalion says there's a small village, just a ways out past Pantheon, where the Anima Tribe lives. But the way there is blocked since Grandis is at war. (The quest has to be forfeited and restarted if you fail.) You couldn't get through to the village. Rondo is sad but swears he'll become strong enough to get through some day.
