  2. A boy on a dragon appears at the farm. Talk to Evan.

  3. Evan says he'll ask the dragon Afrien for information about the Seal Stones. More importantly, a piglet scampered off in fear with Evan showed up on his dragon. You either have to find that piglet for Evan or wait for Evan to return after he searches for the piglet himself.
