Procedures: No adult in Black Wing Territory: Edelstein seems approachable, but a child may be different. Talk to Jun, and see if you can find out why people aren't talking to you. Although the child gives you a little more reaction than any of the adults, Jun isn't what you would call friendly. You wonder how you can befriend Jun... Perhaps you can give Jun a gift. He seems to dote on the puppy he's carrying... After you gave him some delicious Dry Treats for his puppy, Jun opened up to you. According to Jun, keeping distance from outsiders doesn't seem to be a part of the town's culture. He says the townspeople just avoid people like you. You wonder what that means... You couldn't possibly be worse than the Black Wings.
