Procedures: As stated by Neinheart, you have to first raise your level to 10 and become a Knight-in-Training. You have to visit Kiku the Training Instructor and enter the Training Forest. You met with Kiku at the entrance of the Training Forest. According to Kiku, Ereve is bereft of monsters, and instead, everyone trains against fantasy creatures created by Shinsoo called 'Mimi'. He then proceeded to give you a potion called Kiku... Kiku shot a warning saying that training will be tough. You better pack up the potions that he gave you and get ready for the training.
