Procedures: Go see Captain Knight Oz at Ereve and raise the Skill Level of Oz's Flame Gear. To use Oz's Flame Gear, you need a catalyst that will maximize the power of the Spirit of Fire. You can get it from Blue Flower Serpent or Cube Slime. You've raised the Skill Level of Oz's Flame Gear skill. Until Lv. 90, use Burning Flare every 5 Levels to raise the Skill Level by 1.
