The captain of the Sand Bandits, Jano, tells you a story about the queen of The Burning Road: Ariant. He then requests that you look around The Burning Road: Ariant and decide if you really want to join the Sand Bandits. You are finally member of the Sand Bandits, thanks to Jano. As a member, your job is to do your best for the people of The Burning Road: Ariant.
