Retrieve them from the Black Ratz that roam around Ludibrium: Eos Tower 95th Floor - 98th Floor . I got Delv the Toy Soldier, firmly protecting the gates of the 100th floor on Eos Tower, the 20 tasty walnuts he requested as a way to fight the boredom of guarding the gate and doing little else. He was very thankful and asked if I could go talk to his buddy Olson next to him if I have some free time to burn.
